What are S’mores?
Traditional s’mores are an American campfire treat made of melted chocolate, graham cracker squares, and large marshmallows. The word “smores” is a contraction of the phrase “some more”. The creator of classic smores is unknown, but it’s thought to have been invented sometime in the early 1920s.
campfire s’mores are made when marshmallows are roasted over an open flame until they are gooey. Golden brown marshmallows are then put in a graham cracker sandwich with pieces of chocolate.
