Yes! Candy sushi is a fun kid-friendly dessert that’s easy to assemble with a little help. Kids love rolling the “sushi” together and customizing each piece with their favorite candies.
Press the crispy cereal mixture together firmly before rolling, and use the fruit roll-up tightly around the outside to help hold everything in place. Chilling the rolls for a few minutes before slicing can also help.
Candy sushi is best enjoyed the same day it’s made, but you can prepare it a few hours ahead of time and store it in an airtight container at room temperature.
