How to Make Hot Chocolate for Valentine’s Day

  • Add the milk, white chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and hazelnut extract to a large pot.
  • Warm everything over medium heat, stirring every few minutes, until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture starts to gently simmer.
Stir in pink food coloring gradually to give the hot chocolate its festive Valentine’s look.
  • Then pour into mugs and finish with whipped cream, Valentine sprinkles or white chocolate shavings.
  • You can also switch up the flavor by using extracts like strawberry, almond, or raspberry for a fun twist that still feels sweet and celebratory.
