How to Make Valentine’s Day Cake Bars
- Line a 9×13 pan with parchment paper. This makes lifting and slicing the bars much easier once they’ve cooled.
- Start by mixing cake mix, milk, oil, and an egg in a large bowl until smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
- Fold in half of the white chocolate chips and sprinkles, then spread the batter evenly into the pan.
- Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips and sprinkles over the top and bake until set.
- Let the bars cool completely, then slice into 2–3 inch pieces or cut into festive shapes using a cookie cutter.
