Can I freeze orange chicken?

Yes, let it cool completely before transferring to a freezer-safe container. Freeze for up to 2 months and thaw in the fridge before reheating.

How do I get the sauce to thicken?

If the sauce is too thin, simmer a few minutes longer or stir in a cornstarch slurry (1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water).

Can I use a different protein?

Yes! This recipe works just as well with ground turkey, shrimp, or tofu for a lighter option.
