How to Make Oreo Muffins

  • Start by blending together simple pantry staples like flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, vegetable oil, an egg, and vanilla extract.
  • Crushed Oreos are folded into the batter for a cookies-and-cream flavor in every bite.
  • After combining the wet and dry ingredients, mix in most of the cookie crumbs and add a bit of milk if needed for the right texture.
  • If the muffin batter is too thick, a splash of milk (about ½ cup) will create the perfect texture.
  • Spoon the batter into lined muffin cups, top with the remaining Oreo pieces, and bake at 350°F for 18–20 minutes.
  • Let them cool before transferring to a wire rack for the perfect soft, chocolatey muffin with crunchy cookie bits.

Can I make these muffins ahead of time?

Absolutely. Store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.

How do I know when they’re done?

Insert a toothpick into the center—if it comes out clean or with just a few crumbs, your muffins are ready.
