Nutella Brownies with 2 Ingredients

These easy 2 Ingredient Nutella Brownies are perfect for last-minute cravings or lazy baking days!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Nutella
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Line a muffin tray with silicone liners and spray with cooking oil. (Highly recommend using silicone liners for this to prevent brownies from sticking.)
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together the Nutella and eggs until completely combined.
  4. Use a cookie scoop to portion out the brownie batter into the prepared cupcake liners.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until tops are cracked and an inserted toothpick comes out with just a few crumbs attached to it (no wet batter).
  6. Allow nutella brownies to cool completely before removing brownies from the liners.

Recipe Notes

Keep leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for 2–3 days, or refrigerate for up to a week.
