How to Make a Christmas Swirl Bundt Cake

  • Start with a rich vanilla pound cake batter and divide it into three bowls.
  • Leave one portion plain, then tint the other two with red and green gel food coloring.
  • Layer the batters by alternating spoonfuls into a greased Bundt pan, giving the pan a gentle turn as you go to create that classic holiday swirl.
  • Bake at 350°F for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean and the cake is golden.
  • Let the cake rest in the pan for at least 15 minutes before inverting to keep its shape intact.
  • For the finishing touch, drizzle on a sweet vanilla glaze and scatter red, green, and white sprinkles over the glaze while it’s still wet.
