This Christmas bundt cake with red and green swirls will be the star of your dessert table! Delicious, beautiful, and perfect for holiday gatherings!

Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 ¾ cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • green food coloring & red food coloring

Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Combine flour, baking powder and salt in medium bowl.
    3. In large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
    4. Add in vanilla and then eggs one at a time.
    5. Blend in milk.
    6. Add in the flour half at a time and mix until well blended.
    7. Divide batter into 3 separate bowls, with 1/3 going into each bowl.
    8. Add gel food coloring to 2 of the bowls: green and red.
    9. Spray a bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.
    10. Spoon batter into the prepared bundt pan my dropping spoonfuls of alternating colors of batter around the pan until all the batter has been used.
    11. Bake for 45-50 minutes and toothpick test comes out clean.
    12. Cool completely to room temperature on a cooling rack
    13. Top with a frosting or glaze and sprinkles, if desired.
