Easy No Bake Mini Banana Pudding Cups
Ingredients
- 3.5 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 ½ cups of milk
- 8 oz whipped topping thawed or homemade whipped cream
- 1 box of vanilla wafers crushed
- 2 medium ripe bananas sliced
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl add your instant pudding mix along with the whole milk.
- Whisk until smooth.
- For best results, let your pudding refrigerate for a couple hours.
- Once the homemade pudding has thickened, fold in the cool whip.
- You want to fold the cool whip in to keep your mixture thick.
- Next add in your bananas and crushed vanilla wafers by folding them in.
- Now it's time to layer your pudding cups: In the bottom of your jars, place a layer of cookies, followed by a layer of sliced bananas.
- Top the layer of bananas with a few spoonfuls of the pudding mixture and repeat the layers.
- Finish your mason jars with a layer of your whipped cream and garnish with crushed vanilla wafers and a few banana slices.
