Easy No Bake Mini Banana Pudding Cups

Mini Banana Pudding Cups are an easy no-bake dessert featuring layers of creamy vanilla pudding, fresh bananas, whipped topping, and vanilla wafers. Served in individual cups, they're perfect for parties, potlucks, holidays, and summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 ½ cups of milk
  • 8 oz whipped topping thawed or homemade whipped cream
  • 1 box of vanilla wafers crushed
  • 2 medium ripe bananas sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl add your instant pudding mix along with the whole milk.
  2. Whisk until smooth.
  3. For best results, let your pudding refrigerate for a couple hours.
  4. Once the homemade pudding has thickened, fold in the cool whip.
  5. You want to fold the cool whip in to keep your mixture thick.
  6. Next add in your bananas and crushed vanilla wafers by folding them in.
  7. Now it's time to layer your pudding cups: In the bottom of your jars, place a layer of cookies, followed by a layer of sliced bananas. 
  8. Top the layer of bananas with a few spoonfuls of the pudding mixture and repeat the layers. 
  9. Finish your mason jars with a layer of your whipped cream and garnish with crushed vanilla wafers and a few banana slices.

Store mini banana pudding cups covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. The vanilla wafers will soften over time, giving the dessert that classic banana pudding texture.

For best results, add fresh banana slices shortly before serving.
