The best dessert champagne you’ll want to consider options that are sweeter and richer, complementing your sweet treats. Here are some top picks:

  • Prosecco is a sparkling wine that has a fruity, floral flavor that works well in baked goods.
  • A non-vintage Brut Champagne is dry and versatile, making it a great choice for both baking and toasting.
  • Any good-quality sparkling wine can work, but avoid overly sweet varieties unless you want to add more sweetness to your dessert.
