Coffee Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp instant coffee dissolved in 1 tbsp boiling water
- 4 ½ cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Add cream cheese, vanilla and coffee to a mixer and beat well.
- Add powdered sugar and beat on low until all sugar is combined. Then increase speed and beat until you have a frosting like consistency.
