Ingredients

  • 16 ounces of sour cream
  • 1 oz Packet of a basic dry taco seasoning
  • 1 Can 10.5 oz Rotel Tomatoes
  • 8- ounce bag of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Fritos or Tortilla Chips for dipping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the following ingredients: sour cream, taco seasoning, drained tomatoes and cheese. 
  2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
  3. Sprinkle more cheese on top prior to serving. 
  4. Serve chilled with your favorite dippers. 
  5. Store leftover dip in an airtight container refrigerated for 2-3 days.
