Who doesn’t love a good cook out? I know I do! Having friends or family over doesn’t have to be a lot of work. I use my crock pot all year around and in the summer, it’s perfect to make these Pulled Pork Stuffed Sweet Potatoes.

The star of this recipe is the Hatfield® Marinated Pork Roast I picked up at my local ShopRite.

Hatfield® Marinated Pork Roast

When I make pulled pork, one of my biggest issues is consistency with my seasoning. I can never seem to get it the same! The quality and convenience of Hatfield® Quality Meals is just what I need to have convenient, delicious, quality pork every time.

The Hatfield® Texas Smokehouse dry rub seasoned boneless pork roast makes getting a simple week night meal or a fun sun gathering quick and easy. It’s dry rub seasoned and ready to go right into the slow-cooker! I cook this pulled pork recipe on low for a good 7-8 hours.

How to Make the Best Sweet Potatoes:

I have to tell you a little secret I learned recently about baking sweet potatoes. I learned it watching a recipe video on Instagram.

You drizzle the potatoes with a little olive oil before baking. I couldn’t believe I didn’t know this before, because it literally cuts down the cooking time of baking these potatoes by almost half!
