Vanilla Cake Mix Cookies

Soft, chewy vanilla cake mix cookies made with just a few simple ingredients. This easy cookie recipe comes together in minutes and is perfect for birthdays, holidays, bake sales, or whenever you need a quick homemade dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Anywhere from 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of sprinkles!

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix cake & baking powder,
  3. Add in eggs, vanilla, oil; mix,
  4. Add in sprinkles and mix,
  5. Drop around 1 tablespoon of batter onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
  6. Bake cake batter cookies 10 minutes.
  7. Let your cake batter cookies cool for a minute or so and then transfer to a wire cooling rack.
