Ingredients

  • 7 oz Fingerling Potatoes half bag
  • 10 oz Green Beans
  • 2 Steaks Room Temperature
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 1 Tbs Salt
  • 1 Tbs Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbs Fresh Garlic
  • ⅓ Cup Melted Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
  2. Slice the potatoes into halves and place them on a rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Make the garlic herb butter.
  4. Combine the melted butter and garlic.
  5. Simply put a few cloves of garlic into a mortar and pestle, and crush them into a paste and mix together with the butter.
  6. Coat the potatoes with garlic butter.
  7. Bake for a cook time of 15 minutes.
  8. While the potatoes are baking, sprinkle the steaks with salt & pepper 
  9. Remove the sheet pan from oven & turn the oven on to broil.
  10. Place the green beans & onion onto the sheet pan. 
  11. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
  12. Coat with garlic butter.
  13. Then place steak onto the sheet pan coating each with butter.
  14. Place the sheet pan back into the oven and broil for 6 minutes for medium steaks, less for rare steak and longer for well done.
