
Make Leprechaun bark with white chocolate, marshmallow swirl, and Lucky Charms. This easy no-bake St. Patrick’s Day treat is quick and festive.
Using a spoon or spatula, spread the melted chocolate onto the parchment paper into a rectangular shape (about 10 x 8 inches; does not need to be perfect). Spread to desired thickness - about ⅛ inch thick.
While the white chocolate is still wet, add spoonfuls of the marshmallow creme and swirl using the back of a spoon to blend them together.
On top of the marshmallow creme, evenly distribute the crushed Lucky Charms cereal and green sprinkles.
Let the chocolate sit at room temperature for at least 15 minutes or chill in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes.
Keep bark in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or refrigerate it if your kitchen is warm.
