Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, room temperature
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup shredded Italian cheese blend
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • ½ cup frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients EXCEPT for 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese.
  3. Spread the combination in the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. Top with the leftover mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, and/or toasted, sliced french bread.

Recipe Notes

Place any leftover dip in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3–4 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven until warm and bubbly.

If making ahead, mix everything together and store it covered in the fridge up to 24 hours in advance. Just bake when ready to serve.
