Slow Cooker Copycat Olive Garden Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 16 oz Italian Dressing
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese plus more for serving
  • 16 oz cooked pasta

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in slow cooker.
  2. Season to taste with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour in the Italian Dressing, then top with cream cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Place lid on crockpot and cook for 4 hours on high.
  5. Cook the pasta according to package directions.
  6. While the pasta is cooking, shred the chicken with two forks.
  7. Drain but do not rinse the pasta. Add to the slow cooker and stir well to combine.
