Reindeer Rice Krispie treats Recipe

Reindeer Rice Krispie Treats are chewy marshmallow cereal bars decorated with pretzel antlers, candy eyes, and red M&M noses. These easy no-bake Christmas treats are fun to decorate with kids and serve at holiday parties or movie nights.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups rice krispies cereal
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 30 pretzels
  • 15 Red M&M's
  • 30 Candy Eyes

Instructions

  1. Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with cooking spray. 
  2. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
  4. Remove from heat and pour in rice krispies cereal, mix well.
  5. Pour krispie mixture into 9 x 13 inch pan. 
  6. Using parchment paper, smush your rice krispies mixture into pan. 
  7. Let cool & cut into 15 squares. 
  8. To make your reindeer rice krispies treats, add 2 pretzels for reindeer antlers, a red M&M for the nose and two candy eyes. Enjoy!

How to Store Reindeer Rice Krispie Treats

Store reindeer Rice Krispie treats in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2–3 days. Keep them in a single layer when possible to protect the pretzel antlers. If you need to stack them, let the chocolate set completely and separate the layers with parchment paper.

Avoid refrigerating them for storage, which can make the cereal bars firm. For the freshest texture, make the treats a day ahead and decorate them closer to serving.
