Pencil Wafer Cookies Recipe

Make your kids smile after school with these easy Pencil Wafer Cookies—no baking required!

Ingredients

  • Voortman wafer cookies

  • a paring or serrated knife 

  • mini chocolate chips 

  • white and pink cookie icing

Instructions

  1. With your knife, cut the corners off of one side of your wafer, creating a point. This is your pencil's tip. 
  2. Trace the pencil tip with the white icing. 
  3. Add a mini chocolate chip to create the pencil's lead. 
  4. With the pink icing, create an eraser on the other end of the wafer cookie. 
  5. Place each pencil wafer cookie on a tray lined with parchment paper to let the icing set.
