How to Make Corn Dog Muffins

Ingredients

  • 8.5 oz box of Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp. Melted butter
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 6 hot dogs cut into 1 inch pieces

Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit. 
  2. Spray a mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Jiffy mix, large egg, melted butter, and milk, until just combined. Careful not to over-mix.
  4. Divide the muffin batter between the mini muffin cups, filling about ½ to ⅔ full.
  5. Press a piece of hot dog into the middle of each muffin cup.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the muffins are golden brown.
  7. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
