box of Jiffy cornbread mix

large egg

milk

hot dogs
cut into 1 inch pieces
Instructions
Pre heat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.
Spray a mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Jiffy mix, large egg, melted butter, and milk, until just combined. Careful not to over-mix.
Divide the muffin batter between the mini muffin cups, filling about ½ to ⅔ full.
Press a piece of hot dog into the middle of each muffin cup.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the muffins are golden brown.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
