Ingredients

  • 7 oz vegetable shortening
  • 7 oz vegetable oil
  • 5 oz all purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Use equal quantities of oil and shortening and mix together.

  2. Add in the all purpose flour and blend until fully combined.

  3. Store in an airtight container.

  4. Use a silicone pastry brush, use a generous amount of your release to make a thin layer to your cake pans.

  5. Then pour your batter and bake as instructed.
