These Easter Bunny Cinnamon Rolls are soft, sweet, and simple to make. A fun Easter brunch recipe kids and adults will love.
Set your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Open the can of Pillsbury Grands Cinnamon Rolls and separate the rolls.
Unroll half of each cinnamon roll and shape it into bunny ears. You can do this by gently stretching and curving the dough.
Place the roll with the bunny ears on the baking sheet. Use the remaining part of the roll to form the bunny’s face by placing it below the ears, creating a bunny-shaped figure.
Place the shaped cinnamon rolls into the oven and bake according to the package instructions (about 12 minutes), or until golden brown.
While the cinnamon rolls are baking, separate the frosting included in the can into separate bowls. Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl and mix to your desired colors.
Once the cinnamon rolls are done baking, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Smother the rolls in the colored frosting.
Add a festive touch by sprinkling colorful sprinkles over the top of each bunny roll. And place a candy frosting flower on each bunny.
For a fun variation, you could add mini chocolate chips for eyes on the bunnies.
Store leftover cinnamon rolls in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2-3 days. If you'd like them to stay fresh longer, you can refrigerate them for up to 5 days.
