Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9x13 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Spread 4 cups cereal into the bottom of the pan.
Add peach pie filling on top of the cereal in the pan.
Mix together cake mix and melted butter. Spoon dollops of batter on top of the pie filling. Top with remaining 1 cup cereal.
Bake for 60 minutes or until edges are bubbly and dough on top is golden brown and cooked.
Let stand to cool until warm. Serve warm.
