Chili Cheese Dip

Leftover chili dip is a cheesy, crowd-pleasing appetizer made with just 3 ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chili
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • Scallions (diced for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, mix together chili and cream cheese. 
  2. In an oven safe skillet or dish, spoon the chili mixture over the bottom. 
  3. Top with shredded cheese. 
  4. Bake 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees until the cheese is melted and bubbly. 
  5. Remove chili cheese dip from oven and top with scallions. 
  6. Serve your chili cheese dip warm with corn or tortilla chips. 

Recipe Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container and enjoy within 3–4 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven until warmed through.
