Carrot Cake Dip Recipe

This carrot cake dip recipe is creamy, sweet, and packed with warm spices. An easy no-bake dessert perfect for Easter, parties, or spring gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. of Cream Cheese
  • 8 oz. of Cool Whip
  • 1 cup of Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoons of Vanilla Extract
  • 1 and ½ cups of Carrot Cake Mix
  • Coconut Flakes
  • Pecans
  • Graham Crackers for dipping

Instructions

  1. Start by whipping together your cream cheese and Cool Whip using a hand mixer in a large bowl or a stand mixer.
  2. Once smooth and combined, add in your heavy cream, extract, and carrot cake mix.
  3. Mix on high until well combined and smooth.
  4. Place cake batter dip in a serving dish and top with coconut flakes and pecans. 
  5. Place the dip in a serving bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve your cream cheese dip with graham crackers and enjoy.
