Cake Mix Peppermint Bark Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 box of triple chocolate cake mix
  • ⅓ unsalted sweet cream butter melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾ C Semi sweet chocolate chips
  • ¾ C crushed peppermint candy
  • 1 C white chocolate peppermint bark chunks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper
  2. Using a large bowl, beat the cake mix, butter, and eggs until combined
  3. Fold in the ½ C of chocolate chips, ½ C of crushed peppermint candy and ½ C of the white chocolate peppermint bark chunks
  4. Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop out the dough and place it ontothe cookie sheet and gentle press down into a disk
  5. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle a few more of the chocolate chips,
  7. crushed peppermint candy and white chocolate peppermint chunks
  8. Allow to cool completely before enjoying
