Air Fryer Stuffed Peppers recipe

Air Fryer Stuffed Peppers are the easy weeknight dinner you didn’t know you needed!

Ingredients

  • 4 Bell Peppers
  • 1 Cup White Rice cooked
  • 1 lb Ground Beef browned
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 6 oz Tomato Paste
  • 10 oz Rotel Diced Tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Pre-Heat air Fryer to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, rice,garlic, salt, pepper, tomato paste & Rotel.
  3. Cut the tops off of the peppers & clean out the centers.
  4. Scoop the ground beef mixture into each pepper.
  5. Place the peppers onto the air fryer basket and air fry for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from the air fryer & sprinkle each pepper with cheddar cheese and place the basket back into the air fryer for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

Recipe Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3–4 days. Reheat in the air fryer or microwave until warmed through.
