Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Cups All Purpose Flour
  • ½ Cup Crushed Pecans
  • 1 Stick Butter Soft
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla
  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  1. Pre-Heat oven 350 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened butter & a 1/2 cup of the powdered sugar.
  3. Add in the vanilla.
  4. Slowly add in the flour. 
  5. Then stir in the crushed pecans.
  6. Roll into teaspoon sized balls and place on a non-stick or parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  8. Roll each ball in the leftover powdered sugar.

Keep them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or freeze for longer storage.
