Ingredients

  • 1 shot of espresso or strongly brewed coffee about 1 oz
  • 4 tbsp High-quality white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan or using a microwave-safe bowl, melt a desired amount of white chocolate chips. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  2. Brew a strong cup of espresso or coffee. If using coffee, make it stronger than usual to ensure the flavors balance well with the sweetness of the white chocolate.
  3. Pour the melted white chocolate into the freshly brewed espresso or coffee. Stir well to create a creamy white chocolate espresso mixture.
  4. In a separate saucepan or using a milk frother, heat and froth your preferred milk until it reaches a velvety texture. For an authentic Starbucks experience, whole milk or a non-dairy alternative like almond or oat milk works well.
  5. Pour the frothed milk into the white chocolate espresso mixture, stirring gently to combine. 

  6. Top your Mocha with whipped cream, white chocolate shavings or a mocha drizzle for the finishing touch.

  7. To make an iced recipe, serve your cold coffee drink over ice cubes into a tall glass.
