Ingredients

  • 6 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 package of semi-sweet chocolate chips 12 oz
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in your crock pot
  2. Cook on low for 3 hours, stirring occasionally
  3. Serve once the chocolate is melted and combined
  4. Top your crock pot hot chocolate with whipped cream or marshmallows!
