Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe

Cream cheese frosting that's light, fluffy, and seriously delicious! Perfect for cupcakes, carrot cake, or just licking off the spoon.

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes of cream cheese
  • 1/2 a stick of butter
  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 lbs powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Cream together butter and cream cheese.

  2. Slowly add powdered sugar and vanilla.

  3. Whip until fully combined light and fluffy (4-5 mins).

  4. For a lighter color frosting omit the vanilla extract and add 2 tablespoons of flavored coffee creamer
