This easy Apple Cinnamon Pull Apart Bread is made with flaky biscuits layered with cinnamon sugar and apple pie filling, then baked until golden and topped with a simple powdered sugar glaze.
Preheat the oven to 350℉ and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Remove the biscuits from the package and separate into 16 pieces.
Chop the apple pie filling into smaller pieces.
Mix the cinnamon and sugar together in a small bowl (big enough to dip the biscuits in to coat).
Melt the butter in the same size bowl.
Dip the biscuit into the butter, then coat each side in the cinnamon sugar.
Set flat, spoon some pie filling, repeat the dipping then set the next biscuit on top, add some pie filling and repeat.
Flip the biscuits tower sideways and arrange in a bread pan. You may not fit all of the biscuits - don’t overstuff because then they won’t cook through!
Bake for 40-45 minutes, until they are not doughy. They will get slightly browned on the top and that’s ok!
Let the bread cool slightly. Mix powdered sugar and milk. Drizzle over the top.
Serve warm.
