Oatmeal Cream Pies

These Oatmeal Cream Pies are easy and delicious, perfect for the big game thanks to Voortman Bakery Oatmeal Raisin cookies!

  • 1 package Voortman Bakery Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream or whole milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla


  1. Make your filling in a stand mixer or using a hand mixer. Beat butter until fluffy. 

  2. Add sugar and mix for 1-2 minutes. Add vanilla and cream and mix until fluffy, about 3-4 minutes. 

  3. You can either use a piping bag and pipe the filling onto the bottom of a cookie or spread it with a spoon, regardless of your choice add about a tablespoon of filling to the bottom of the oatmeal cookie. Place another cookie on top of the filling.
