Chicken & Rice Fajita Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 1 Wholesome Pantry Roasting Chicken, cooked & shredded
  • 1 pkg Frontera Classic Fajita Simmer Sauce
  • 1 can Wholesome Pantry Organic Black Beans, drained
  • 2 cups white rice, cooked
  • 1 pkg Wholesome Pantry Mexican Shredded Cheese
  • Frontera Salsa
  • Avocado
  • Cilantro
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook the peppers and onions in olive oil in a skillet until soft. Remove from pan.
  2. Add shredded chicken and pour Frontera skillet sauce over the chicken. Cook until warmed through.

  3. Heat beans in a small sauce pot.

  4. Assemble rice bowls
