Delicious One Pot Shrimp & Orzo recipe made with DaVinci orzo done in under 30 minutes!
Dethaw shrimp under cold water and remove tails.
In a large stock pot, toast the orzo in olive oil. Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add 2 cups stock and cover. Cook on medium until the orzo has soaked up most of the liquid.
Add shrimp, peas and juice of 1/2 of the lemon.
Cook until shrimp turn pink, about 5 minutes.
Stir in parmesan cheese.
Garnish with lemon wedges and additional cheese.
