Sheet Pan Eggs in a Hole


  • 6 slices bread
  • 3 tbsp room temperature butter
  • 6 large Eggland's Best Eggs
  • salt & pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 

  2. Using a biscuit cutter, cut a hole into each piece of bread. 

  3. Butter 1 side of the pieces of bread, lay butter side down on a baking sheet. 

  4. Crack an egg into each hole. 

  5. Season with salt and pepper. 

  6. Bake until egg whites are set, about 10 minutes.
