A delicious, cheesy, crunchy keto side dish.
Place cauliflower in a baking dish or pan.
Pour olive oil over cauliflower, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss well to evenly coat.
Crush the Moon Cheese. Sprinkle on top of the cauliflower.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 mins or until the cauliflower is soft and cooked through.
