No Knead Dutch Oven Bread Recipe with just 4 ingredients!

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups water (room temperature)


  1. Mix together flour, salt and yeast in a big bowl. 

  2. Add water and mix until incorporated. 

  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and sit it on the counter for 12 hours. 

  4. Preheat oven to 450 degrees WITH a cast iron dutch oven inside when ready to bake. 

  5. Remove dough from the bowl, flour your hands and shape the dough into a ball.

  6. Sprinkle some flour to the bottom of the dutch oven and put the dough on the bottom. Cover. 

  7. Bake 30 mins and then remove the lid and bake for an additional 15 minutes. 

  8. Let bread cool on a cooling rack. Enjoy with honey butter. 

  9. To make honey butter: Melt 2 tbsp Raw Honey with 2 tbsp butter.
