Simple vanilla cupcakes with a surprise in the middle - assorted candies!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line cupcake tin with liners
In a small bowl, combine dry ingredients.
In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Alternate adding flour mixture and milk into the wet ingredients.
Don't forget to scrape the sides of the bowl.
Fill each cupcake liner about 3/4's full.
Bake until a toothpick comes out clean through the center of a cupcake, about 20 minutes.
Let cool for about 5 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to continue cooling.
When cool, using an apple corer remove the center of each cupcake, careful not to go through to the bottom and be sure to save the tops.
Fill each cupcake with Mixlicious candies and put the tops back on the cupcakes.
