Chicken with Caramelized Apples
Delicious caramelized onions and apples over sauteed chicken breasts.

- 5 Perdue Perfect Portions Chicken Breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt pepper
- 1 large apple peeled & diced
- 1 large onion diced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp apple butter or cider
- rosemary & parsley for garnish
Sautee chicken breasts in the olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sautee until cooked through and browned on the outside.
Transfer to a dish and keep warm.
Add onions and apples to the pan with the butter.
Cook until soft and caramelized.
Add 2-3 tbsp of apple butter or apple cider and mix in.
Spoon onto the top of the chicken.
Garnish with rosemary and parsley.
