Cake Batter Christmas Cookies

Easy and delicious christmas cookies made with cake batter

Ingredients

  • 1 box of Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Anywhere from 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of sprinkles!

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix cake & baking powder,
  3. Add in eggs, vanilla, oil; mix,
  4. Add in sprinkles and mix,
  5. Drop around 1 tablespoon of batter onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
  6. Bake 10 minutes.
  7. Let cool for a minute or so and then transfer to a wire cooling rack.
