Pink Lemonade Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup pink lemonade
  • FOR FROSTING:
  • 3 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 stick softened butter
  • 2 tbsp pink lemonade

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients
  2. In cupcake liners or prepared muffin tin, scoop 1/4c batter into liners.
  3. Bake at 350 until a toothpick comes out clean, about 20 minutes.
  4. Let cupcakes cool before frosting.
  5. To make frosting, combine confectioners sugar, softened butter and pink lemonade until it's combined and fluffy!
