Ingredients

  • In a blender pulse together
  • 1 15 oz chickpeas
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together
  2. Pour into a bowl
  3. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil on top
