Ingredients

  • 1 banana ripened
  • 1 1/2 cups mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 3/4 cup plain vanilla or strawberry yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Blend ingredients together with ice.
  2. If you find that your smoothie is too thick, add a splash of apple juice or your favorite type of milk of choice until it reaches your desired consistency.
