No Bake Tiramisu Cups

Delicious no bake twist on the classic Italian Tiramisu!

  • 1 7.76 oz bag Loacker Quadratini Vanilla Wafers
  • 1/2 cup coffee cooled
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp almond extract
  • Cocoa Powder for dusting


  1. In a large bowl, using a mixer or whisk combine the sugar, mascarpone cheese and whipped cream.
  2. Slowly add in coffee, almond extract and heavy cream.
  3. Mix until the cheese is well combined and smooth.
  4. Add in additional heavy cream if needed, a tbsp at a time, until you get this consistency.
  5. In small ramekins or mason jars layer wafers on the bottom.
  6. Spoon the filling over the top.
  7. Layer with additional wafers.
  8. Spoon another layer of filling.
  9. Dust the tops with cocoa powder.
  10. Refrigerate for a few hours prior to enjoying!
