This White Christmas Cocktail, made with coconut flavors and rum, is perfect to enjoy all holiday season long!

I’m dreaming of a white Christmas…
Yes, that’s right, I am dreaming of this White Christmas Cocktail recipe!
When you think of a “white Christmas”, you think of snow. But this cocktail is more of a tropical type of recipe with coconut and rum.
It’s the perfect cocktail to enjoy while watching your Hallmark movies, to Christmas with the family and even on New Year’s Eve!

How to Make a White Christmas Cocktail:
You will need:
Handful of ice
coconut water
rum
coconut milk
simple syrup
a lime
fresh cranberries and fresh rosemary for garnish
You might want to make simple syrup first:
You will need 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water.
In a small saucepan, add your sugar and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
Let your simple syrup cool and then put in a jar with a tight lid. Your simple syrup will last for about a month.
Now you can make your White Christmas Cocktail.
Ice: Add ice to your glass. I love crushed ice, anyone else?
Next: Add in coconut water, simple syrup, and rum.
Followed by: Coconut Milk and lime juice.
Stir & Garnish: Give the drink a gentle stir, then garnish with cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.
I love the red and green garnishes of this White Christmas Cocktail recipe! If you don’t have cranberries, I bet pomegranate seeds would work lovely instead. Mint will work in place of the rosemary.

If you are lucky enough to have a real white Christmas, this cocktail will be a lovely way to “warm up”.
I’d love to hear how how much you loved this White Christmas Cocktail if you made it this holiday season!
