Sheet Pan Eggs in a Hole
Ingredients
- 6 slices bread
- 3 tbsp room temperature butter
- 6 large Eggland's Best Eggs
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Using a biscuit cutter, cut a hole into each piece of bread.
Butter 1 side of the pieces of bread, lay butter side down on a baking sheet.
Crack an egg into each hole.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake until egg whites are set, about 10 minutes.
