I recently made this delicious No Bake Root Beer Float Pie for my family to enjoy during our weekly tradition of family fun night on Friday nights. This root beer float pie is so creamy and light, it’s perfect for a quick summer treat! It comes together in just a few minutes and it’s no bake! You just stick it in the freezer!
How to make this Root Beer Float Pie recipe:
Ingredients you will need:
- root beer
- milk
- instant vanilla pudding mix
- cool whip
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust
Make your no bake root beer pie:
In a mixing bowl, pour in root beer and milk.
Pour the vanilla pudding mix over the root beer and milk mixture. Using a whisk, stir together until combined.
After the pudding has thickened up, fold in the cool whip until it is all completely combined.
Pour the mixture into your crumb crust.
Use a butter knife or small spatula to even the pudding out throughout the crust.
Usually, the crusts come with a lid, cover the pie and place flat in the freezer.
Let the pie freezer for 8 hours to over night.
Store your root beer float pie in the freezer.
